Precor AMT100i

I've been researching elliptical trainers that would fit both my needs and my wife's.  I just so happened to have a truly enjoyable workout with the Precor AMT1001 at our local gym.  That, and the great many satisfied  reviews I found online made me decide to go ahead and buy one.

Unlike a treadmill, you don't have to to adjust anything to vary your workout.  You can do it anytime you feel like it.  You can go from walking and striding, to running at a good pace, then pedaling without having to to change a thing. Both my wife and I particularly enjoy this because it doesn't interrupt the rhythm of your workout

The AMT100i is really in a class of its own.  It gives you a variety of elliptical workouts. We never get bored when using it. It really makes it easy to stay motivated.  You can run, walk, and even do a backward stride if you like.

Yes, this machine is not at all inexpensive, and so not many people have the luxury of owning one. But if you can afford it, it is one of the best workouts you can ever have.

I imagine that just about the only 'complaint' anybody could have about the AMT100i is that it is that it definitely is a pricey unit.  Other than that, I'm very sure you will enjoy using the AMT1001. My wife and I have really enjoyed using ours and I strongly recommend as a great value for the money.
