Great story.I'll Thanks for posting
Some may be able to rid themselves of panic attacks. There are different types of panic attacks and each person is affected differently.
For instance I get them when i am hungry or extreemly stressed. Stress is what causes the onset of these attacks. I cannot tell when I am hungry anymore except for when I get a panic attack. So if I ignore the hunger in which I don't feel I get dizzy, foggy in the head, unable to remember pretty much anything. This affects my work greatly.
Sure you can reduce stress. That doesn't mean that it is all in your head. It just means that something is connected wierd in your body. Similarly do diabetes being a messed up system. We are all different. You cannot discount panic attacks and their genuine exsistance.

thats not true. it really IS all in your head. Once you realize that, you basically don't need any help to make you lose it.
i've had panic attacks myself, for several months and i fought them off all by myself, without any help, from doctors or medicine etc! i can tell you i had all these symptons, chest pain, elevated heart rate etc. it was so bad that i thought i was going to die whenever i suffered an attack. my life was really miserable that time, and what i learned was that in these times my body was basically "alerted" all the time, and i was in a steady state of anxiety over all these month. i couldn't even do sports because of a fear over a heart attack. there was a point where i thought i would never be able to live a normal life again, thats how bad it was.
well, what i wanted to say is as follows : im not having any problems whatsoever anymore..
if i can do this, anyone can!!!
